450명 이상의 인명피해를 낸 이번 인도와 파키스탄 북부에
몬순성 폭우로 인한 홍수는
60년 동안 거의 본적이 없던 대단한 재앙이였다고 합니다.
북한 역시 최근 폭우로 농경지 수만ha가 침수되고
수많은 가옥 파손되는 피해를 입었다고 합니다.

Historic Flooding in India and Pakistan
Days of heavy monsoon rain in northern Pakistan and the Indian
-administered state of Jammu and Kashmir have brought
some of the worst flooding the region has seen in 60 years.
More than 450 deaths have been reported and
the scale of the disaster is straining rescue efforts.
Hundreds of thousands remain trapped
as the armed forces of both Pakistan and
